Cloud migration and management

Move email, files, and applications to the cloud with a plan that avoids downtime and data loss, then keep the environment secured, backed up, and right-sized so the monthly bill stays sane.

For most small businesses the question is not whether to use the cloud but which parts, and how to get there without losing a week. We plan migrations around your business calendar, move data in stages, verify everything landed, and cut over with your team trained on what changed.

Microsoft 365 migrations, file server moves to SharePoint or OneDrive, and application moves to hosted platforms are the most common. We also help businesses that moved too fast and now face sprawl, security gaps, or surprise invoices.

Cloud does not remove the need for backups, identity security, or monitoring. We put those in place as part of the migration rather than discovering the gap later.

What is included

  • Migration planning and cutover scheduling
  • Microsoft 365 email and file migration
  • Identity, MFA, and conditional access setup
  • Cloud backup of email and files
  • Cost review and license right-sizing
  • Hybrid setups where some systems stay on-premises

Common questions

Will we lose email during the move?
No. Migrations are staged so mail keeps flowing, and cutover happens at a time you choose, typically overnight or over a weekend.
Is the cloud more secure than our server?
It can be, if identity and access are configured properly. Out of the box it often is not. Securing it is part of every migration we do.
