We are based in Severance, Colorado and provide on-site service across Northern Colorado, including Windsor, Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Timnath, Eaton, and Johnstown, with remote support anywhere.
What size of business do you work with?
Small businesses, medium enterprises, agricultural operations, medical and professional offices, and government contractors, typically from a handful of users to a few hundred devices.
Do you offer managed IT services or hourly support?
Both. Managed services are a flat monthly retainer per device that covers monitoring, patching, security, backups, and support. Hourly consulting and support are available for projects and one-off needs.
How quickly can you respond to an outage?
Urgent issues for managed clients are worked immediately during business hours and after hours at our standard rate. For everyone else, we give you a realistic time when you call rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Do you install cabling as well as configure networks?
Yes. We install copper and fiber structured cabling, terminate and test it, and design and configure the network that runs on it, so you have one accountable contractor for the whole stack.
Can you help our business use AI safely?
Yes. We set up AI assistants and agents on business-grade services where your data is not used for training, connect them securely to your documents and systems, and train your team to use them well.
