IT consulting that turns technology into a plan

An honest assessment of where your technology stands, what is holding the business back, and a roadmap with priorities, costs, and sequence. Then, if you want, we execute it.

Many businesses buy technology reactively: a new server when the old one dies, a cloud subscription because a vendor called, a firewall because an insurer asked. Consulting replaces that with a plan. We look at your infrastructure, your applications, your risks, and where the business is going, and we lay out what to do in what order and what it should cost.

Our background spans agriculture, manufacturing, corporate offices, and government contracting, so we have seen what works in environments with real constraints: remote sites, tight budgets, compliance obligations, and staff who need to get work done rather than learn a new system every quarter.

Unlike advisory-only firms, we can implement what we recommend. That keeps the recommendations grounded in what is actually achievable.

Common questions

Do I need consulting if I already have IT support?
Support keeps today working; consulting decides what tomorrow should look like. Many clients keep their existing support and bring us in for the plan, or have us do both.
How is consulting billed?
Either as a fixed-scope assessment with a defined deliverable or hourly for ongoing advisory work. We will tell you which fits before we start.
