Conducted a comprehensive analysis of competitor offerings and market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies for new service packages. This involved evaluating current market demands and identifying gaps in the existing service portfolio. I collaborated with stakeholders to ensure that the proposed packages aligned with organizational goals and effectively addressed customer needs. My insights informed the development of tiered pricing models that enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue potential.
Spearheaded the redesign of four wireless towers for Front Range Internet (FRII) to optimize network speeds and reliability across Northern Colorado. This project included a detailed proposal for the necessary equipment—antennas, distribution access points, and customer-provided devices—ensuring each component was selected for its performance within specified operational ranges. I coordinated closely with tower climbers for equipment installation and collaborated with network engineers to configure the new hardware efficiently. This design not only improved connectivity but also laid the foundation for advanced service offerings that meet the demands of modern technology.

Developed and executed a comprehensive onboarding strategy to seamlessly integrate The Dairy Solutions Group’s systems with those of their Managed Service Provider (MSP). This involved conducting a thorough analysis of the scope of work and ensuring a smooth transition for over 20 employees to key services, including Remote Management, Cybersecurity, and Office 365 Email. Throughout the week-long engagement at their headquarters in Modesto, CA, I collaborated closely with the MSP, documenting any challenges and out-of-scope items to facilitate continuous improvement.
Led the installation and configuration of new hardware to enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure. This included deploying desktops, establishing wireless internet, and implementing robust user authentication systems, such as Two-Factor Authentication, to bolster security measures. I successfully managed the migration of domain profiles and emails, ensuring operational continuity without data loss. Additionally, I configured new network settings to enhance the separation of client and public data, establishing appropriate permissions and roles for each user. During the project, I proactively addressed challenges, sourcing replacement equipment from a supplier 4 hours away when incorrect hardware was shipped, thus ensuring timely project completion and operational readiness. Upon project completion, I verified that all systems were fully operational in collaboration with the MSP.

Successfully led the migration of the Town of Timnath's cloud services from Azure to a colocation datacenter, ensuring compliance with Colorado state regulations for local government data storage. This strategic transition involved meticulous planning and execution of the migration of all email accounts from one Microsoft tenant to another, streamlining management processes for enhanced operational efficiency. In addition to the data migration, the project included the installation of new networking equipment, such as redundant firewalls, to meet specific security requirements mandated for government entities. Secure access controls were configured, ensuring all systems were optimized for performance and reliability.
Following the migration, collaboration with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) facilitated a smooth transition and effective after-onboarding support. Focus was placed on establishing evidence folders and configuring protected equipment to secure sensitive data. Rigorous security measures were implemented to safeguard critical information while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Ongoing assistance was provided to the Town of Timnath and its police department, ensuring that personnel were equipped to manage the new systems effectively. This comprehensive approach enhanced the town's IT capabilities and positioned them for future growth and adaptability.
